Everyone love to be getting praised, Why not? It increases our motivation our self esteem temporarily. Praise can be of any type

You Are The Best!!

like in family, in working environment, in office, in friends, in class room anywhere. Even if we praise our animals they too like and get to be motivated to do some good moves. Who doesn’t enjoy praise? Praise motivates good behavior.

Working environment boss do praise of employees like they are doing worth full work, or by giving them extra bonus or performance appraisal. which usually results in increased productivity, decreased turnover and higher profits.

Praise in friends creates more trust and healthy friendship in between friends.

We do praise to strangers they like it and even remember you for long time, even some times it can convert in friendship too.

Genuine praise” would be loving words that arise spontaneously and warmly from the parent’s heart, without the thought of manipulating the child’s behavior

Many teachers attempt to use praise as a form of positive reinforcement in order to motivate students to achieve and behave in positive ways.

Most teachers praise students in order to enhance progress toward these goals. It increases autonomy, self-reliance, achievement, and motivation for learning.

When goals are achieved, the leader should be quick to reward and recognize others. The military uses medals .Workers is often motivated by symbols of success, which they can wear or display with pride. Money is a good motivator too. Public recognition, though, is a good strategy to encourage and inspire subordinates to strive for excellence.

We think that praise always encourages the humane but some time it makes other effects too. There is a difference between praise and encouragement

Praise can be a powerful form of encouragement. Praise often comes paired with a judgment or evaluation, such as “best’s, awesome, Perfect. Praise stimulates rivalry and competition, focuses on quality of performance, evaluative and judgmental; person feels “judged”. Evaluative praise creates anxiety, invites dependency, and evokes defensiveness.

Encouragement stimulates cooperation and contribution for the good of all, focuses on amount of effort and joy, little or no evaluation of person or act:- person feels “accepted”. Encouragement focuses on improvement of the process rather than evaluation of a finished product, and focuses on the effort the human has put into the work.

Over Praise has its demerits like persons become egoistic, over confident and even whey don’t get be praised they can be depressed or destructive. They try to be protected every time by any ways. They let down others by following abnormal ways. In many cultures like China- praise is rare. People worry about the effects of praise. That too much praise will inflate the ego.It used to be that way in the West, too. But today things are different. Westerners praise each other all the time And Western parents praise their kids all the time.

Everyone knows the importance of praise even Great leaders get ahead by sharing credit with others. They understand the value of praise, and they distribute it often. Every praise is made for efforts If we do praising efforts will be stronger.

[Six New Year resolutions]

New Year has been started up. Time of-new season, new weather, new vows, news oaths, Freshness, new energy and new Resolutions, So we should leave the old negativities and go for positivity’s of new and newness. These could be promises to complete a project or to alter a habit for their own betterment. Since these resolutions are usually made in the beginning of the year, these are popularly known as New Year’s Resolution. Ideally New Year’s resolution should remain into effect until the goal is achieved

Eat healthy Live healthy: First resolution everyone takes that he or she will be fit and fine and will have healthy food. Try to remove more junk food and alcoholic drinks. Leave smoking hobbits and will be fit whole year. Just say -No to be unfit!

More organized: In New Year resolution becoming more organized is important. Be punctual no late nights, wake up early in morning. Learn my lessons every day. Review my day to day routines and will do regular exercises. Will try to be more organized in every work, will not leave my work on tomorrows.

Will spend more times with my family and friends: This is also a resolution but friends are those persons who not only praise us in our good times but they remain with us at our bas times also, so will try to recognize those friends only and remain with them, if because of any matter they are not with us will try to make them closer by apologizing on our mistakes. Try to get closer to my family members so that our understanding love and affection can be nourished.

Save money: This is a biggest resolution as by spending more and more sometimes we go under credit situations. So try to be more and more money saver and utilize my money in constructive matters so that I can take benefit of them. Many of us live with the guilt of overspending and overindulging ourselves. Hence we see a rise in people who resolve to keep a check on their expenses.

Goal Oriented: This resolution is very famous as will become more goals oriented whether new job, new business ventures, changing jobs or earning more. Focused towards goal so that, nobody can move outside me to achieve my goals.

Help to others and learn something new: New resolution in new year helping others or can say social service in my life will take place as we learn everyday something new so to know people more their sorrows happiness we also will get peace by helping them. Try to stop corruption and aware of social issues.

In everyone’s life some new-year resolution starts before new-year day, but they break out soon. Some time we think about that. The reason is that we become weak when situation arises and we can’t control ourselves sometimes we have to go for extremes and go outside the resolutions it doesn’t mean that they have broken out. We should remain or stick on resolutions. Human can do everything because nothing is impossible-I am Possible…

Anger Eats mind! This is true. We lose our temper our control on us our body, mind and our activities sometimes we lose power of think, financial and personal relationships. What we do in anger? The worst and cruel answer is losing, hurting, beating, damaging. Anger is an enemy of man Our Holy Books (Granths) says and even by spiritual Gurus. So to control anger here some tips are:-

Leave EGO-Somebody says something and you get angered. Why? IS that person is creator of destiny or what will happen when he or she abuse you? Try to learn this If somebody doing misbehave, don’t react aggressively. Take a time and answer him if necessary. Otherwise let him say. No issues.

Stepping out from a particular situation or individual that is starting to upset you will defuse your anger.

It sounds very simple, but counting to ten is an anger management tip that has worked for centuries. Before reacting to a tense situation, take a few moments to breathe deeply and count to 10 if possible take that person name 10 times who is making you anger. Like john. one john, 2 john, 3 john 4 john 5 john 6 john 7 john 8 john 9 john 10 john.:)

You can successfully recognize when you are becoming stressed before it develops into anger than you can more easily prevent anger.

A time out can consist of a short brisk walk, going into another room or down a hall for a breather, or simply just taking deep breaths and silently counting to 10 before responding to the situation.

This anger management tip is perfect for when you begin to think about something the angers you.

Meditation and Exercises are great way to reduce the stress in your life.

Instead of getting all worked up and risking getting into a confrontation with someone take some time to exercise

Learning several ways that work best to calm or peace yourself when you get upset is important to properly practice this tip.

Every individual is different. Some people prefer to visualize a relaxing scene or have a particular phrase that helps instantly change their mindset.

Concentrate on your work! Somebody tries to make you anger see it will just affect your work don’t let him do so. Do your work. Try to increase concentration by meditation and yoga…

Everyone with anger issues are quick to react instead of to respond.

When you respond you think first and effectively communicate your feelings.

Controlling and changing the thoughts that are appearing in your head is important to determine how you will handle the situation.

Our perception of a situation causes anger to just try to be in real. Positive thoughts and Trust on God that what will happen will be good for you.

Sometimes it can cause from disease, or not be able to do something…What to do not that situation.
It happens many things are not in our hand if these things are happened to you try to leave it on destiny. Find the cause why you are not getting those things still you can’t find a problem solution. Try to leave it…

Taking a few deep breaths calms you, makes you feel stronger both mentally and physically

Learn Forgive. Take a moment to think decently before saying anything and allow others involved in the situation to do the same.

Here some steps are suggesting we can’t say that these are steps only to control your anger these are a few. Your anger can be control by you only. Just try to know your anger cause. Solve it and Try these steps at least once…

“Cope UP with lazy Coworkers or Boss”
What happens when your co-worker is laziest person you ever have in your life, Causes Frustration, Stress, Hate etc. How to avoid, these kinds of co-workers? Moreover time these kinds of persons treat themselves like boss weather the person is in our job area or not. They do everything of their enjoyment and ignore their co-workers need. They mostly destroy the environment of work place.

Constant texts and personal phone calls, avoidance of project work, excessive break. These are all signs of a lazy coworker. It is frustrating to know an employee is a slacker while your desk is getting buried with work.

Most employees face lazy people in the office at some point. A non-productive employee is an annoying coworker who impacts the atmosphere and profitability of a company.

Don’t take help from them when they are giving you help as they will take as investment whenever they will have to do any work they will ignore.
Remember them never thinks about anyone, so never expect them any kind of support or pitiness.

They always abuse bosses behind them just to show you that they are giving so much work to you, but in fact they are the spoons of them.

Do your work properly, if they misinterprets then this is not your fault. When boss will ask you just define them if they don’t understand no need to bother or stressed. Come out calmly you will definitely show your work when a time lapse goes.

These kind of persons have habit when boss give them any work they give them to you or other co-workers, because they treat themselves a boss. Simply say no to their work. Or politely give another reason that you can’t do this work for them.

Do meditations regularly so that you can avoid these kinds of stresses.

Don’t leave your job because of that kind of persons do your work properly. No need to tell them you are doing your work or not. Just show your work to your boss because this kind of co-worker wants that you don’t do any work till they don’t get their work as you are PA of them.
Keep documentation ready just in case. Quietly explain how you, the team and the company are being impacted; talk about helpful changes.

Approach to minimize a defensive reaction, Listen to his responses. Although he may make excuses, your coworker needs to feel that he has some input. If you are met with hostility, calmly stop the process and move

listening to someone speaking in a second language over the telephone can be very challenging because you cannot see the person you are trying to hear. However, it may be even more difficult for the person you are talking with to understand you. You may not realize that your pronunciation isn’t clear because your teacher and fellow students know and understand you. Pay special attention to your weak areas (such as “s”, “sh”, “j”,”z”,”r” and “l” or “b” and “v”) when you are on the phone. If you are nervous about using the phone in English, you may notice yourself speaking very quickly. Practice or write down what you are going to say and take a few deep breaths before you make a phone call.

3. Try to understand the speaker:-
Don’t pretend to understand everything you hear over the telephone. Even native speakers ask each other to repeat and confirm information from time to time. This is especially important if you are taking a message for someone else. Learn the appropriate expressions that English speakers use when they don’t hear something properly. Don’t be afraid to remind the person to slow down more than once. Keep your telephone in an area that is away from other noise distractions such as a radio or television.

Ask another student to practice talking on the phone with you. You might choose one night a week and take turns phoning each other at a certain time. Try to talk for at least fifteen minutes. You can talk socially, or role play different scenarios in a business environment. If you don’t have access to a telephone, you can practice by setting two chairs up back to back. The most important thing about practicing telephone English is that you aren’t able to see each other’s mouths. It is amazing how much people lip-read without realizing.

there are many ways to get free telephone English practice. Try to talk in English while you are calling for daily facilities. Choose English to talk where option is available. You can even phone the movie theatre to ask for the listings instead of using the newspaper. Some large cities have free recordings you can call for information such as your daily horoscope or the weather. (Make sure that you aren’t going to get charged for these numbers first.) Some products have free phone numbers on the packaging that you can call for information. Think of a question you might want to ask and call the free number! For example, call the number on the back of the cereal box and ask for coupons. You will have to give your name and address.

The way that you speak to your best friend on the phone is very different to the way you should speak to someone in a business setting. Many ESL speakers make the mistake of being too direct on the telephone. It is possible that the person on the other line will think that you are being rude on purpose if you don’t use formal language in certain situations. Sometimes just one word such as “could” or “may” is necessary in order to sound polite. You should use the same modals you would use in a formal “face-to-face” situation. Take the time to learn how to answer the phone and say goodbye in a polite manner, as well as all the various ways one can start and end a conversation casually.

10. Practice dates and numbers,

it is something that you will be able to use in any country. You should also practice saying dates and numbers aloud. You and a friend can write out a list of dates and numbers and take turns reading them over the phone to each other. Record what you hear. Swap papers the next day and check your answers.

·

“Safety Tips For Winters”

Winter season is that which everyone is waiting for. Bright clothes, Cold weather, brightly sun, everything is green and beautiful. Everyone want to enjoy this season when holidays are going on but If we want to enjoy continuously we must have to take some measures to prevent from cold’s bad affects:-

Make sure heating equipments like geyser, heaters all installed properly. Have a trained specialist inspect and tune up your heating system each year.

Keep portable space heaters at least 3 feet from anything that can burn, including bedding, furniture, and clothing. Never drape clothing over a space heater to dry.

Try to have dry fruits as much as you can.

If you use a kerosene heater, use only the fuel recommended by the manufacturer. Never put gasoline in a kerosene heater–it could explode. Before you refuel the heater, turn it off and let it cool down. Refuel outside only.

This season is filled with fresh fruits. Have as much as you can.

Don’t’ over eat.

Teach children never to touch metal during cold temperatures.

Try to take honey, ginger, garlic and black cardamom, pepper in daily food.

Keep children and pets away from space heaters. Never leave children in a room alone when a space heater is in use.

In winter season we love to have fried or junk food. Try to take them less in quantity because you can take them as snack not as full meal.

When using a kerosene heater, keep a door open to the rest of the house or open a window slightly. This will reduce the chance of carbon Monoxide build-up in the room.

Use proper meters to know CO level in room.

Try to open a window of room when using any of heating equipment.

Have your fireplace chimney and flue inspected each year and cleaned if needed.

When going to outside wear scarf and proper clothes so that, you can’t be captured by cold.

Burn only untreated wood; never burn paper or pine branches–pieces can float out the chimney and ignite your roof, a neighbor’s roof, or nearby trees

Also, if you’ll be using a fireplace, wood stove, or kerosene heater, install a smoke detector and a battery-operated carbon monoxide detector near the area to be heated. Test them monthly, and replace batteries twice a year.

Have chimney and flue inspected.

Something everyone must deal with during the winter, colder temperatures do require changes in clothing no matter your location.

Secondly, wearing layers during the time spent outside will allow you to keep the proper amount of clothing around just in case the weather gets worse and you need an extra jacket or the sun peeks through the clouds and the temperature warms up. When engaged in heavy exercise, you might feel as though it’s much warmer than it actually is, so having layers available is advisable.

If you use a wood-burning stove, have the chimney connection and flue checked each year. Make sure the stove is placed on an approved stove board to protect the floor from heat and coals.

Glass of water when you go out for a morning jog in freezing weather. Your body functions in the same way whether it’s cold or hot outside.

Never use your range or oven to heat your home, even for a short time.

Dress in layers and wear boots with nonskid soles. Wear a bright scarf or hat or reflective gear so drivers can see you.

Never use a gas or charcoal grill inside your home or in a closed garage.

Take extra care when dusk or evening approaches as a result of reduced visibility.

Don’t overdo activities.

Try to maintain healthy eating and sleeping habits.

Avoid alcohol, tobacco, drugs and consider reducing caffeine consumption.

Any case you get captured by cold. Just go to doctor and take medicine. Because taking medicine at home can cause dangerously sometimes so take medicine by advice of doctor because there is no fun with Cold…
