Anger Eats mind! This is true. We lose our temper our control on us our body, mind and our activities sometimes we lose power of think, financial and personal relationships.What we do in anger? The worst and cruel answer is losing, hurting, beating, damaging. Anger is an enemy of man Our Holy Books (Granths) says and even by spiritual Gurus. So to control anger here some tips are:-

  • Leave EGO-Somebody says something and you get angered. Why? IS that person is creator of destiny or what will happen when he or she abuse you? Try to learn this If somebody doing misbehave, don’t react aggressively. Take a time and answer him if necessary. Otherwise let him say. No issues.
  • Stepping out from a particular situation or individual that is starting to upset you will defuse your anger.
  • It sounds very simple, but counting to ten is an anger management tip that has worked for centuries. Before reacting to a tense situation, take a few moments to breathe deeply and count to 10 if possible take that person name 10 times who is making you anger.   • You can successfully recognize when you are becoming stressed before it develops into anger than you can more easily prevent anger.
  • A time out can consist of a short brisk walk, going into another room or down a hall for a breather, or simply just taking deep breaths and silently counting to 10 before responding to the situation.

  • Meditation and Exercises are great way to reduce the stress in your life.
  • Instead of getting all worked up and risking getting into a confrontation with someone take some time to exercise
