We understand that there is a growing gap between the employability factor of the skilled tradesmen and the companies that are looking to hire these tradesmen. Brain Quest attempts to bridge the gap between requirements and eligibility by giving them certification and better opportunities. Our Tradesmen skill test is an industry assessment test that aims to ensure the transformation of workforce into an employable workforce. We impart full scale training to skilled craftsmen such as welders, contraction workers, carpenters, plumbers, masons, etc. in all trades at all skill levels.

Since its inception, Brain quest has brought the idea of social recruitment to a whole different level, reinventing its very concept. We provide an equal opportunity for skilled tradesmen that are looking to get certification from reputed universities. The training curriculum for skilled tradesmen uses a proprietary labor-oriented curriculum that combines in-depth specific instruction with role playing and real world problem solving. Our primary mission is bringing about Tradesmen skill test as a mandatory industry assessment test to ensure the transformation of workforce into an employable workforce.
