BrainQuest is a Leading NGO, for fresher’s, Colleges and Companies. It is a registered firm, working as bridge between the talent and employers, so nothing is charge from the salary of the hired employees selected by the Organization. We are working as a consultant too. But consultants who are not eating salary of hired employees.

BrainQuest NGO established under the societies registration act (XXI of 1860) No 318. Brain Quest has developed a Pre employment testing solution in association to provide excellent platform to both fresh talent and the employers. About 4 lakh students graduate every year from engineering colleges, while the IT industry is expected to add about 3.5-4 lakh people this fiscal.

We are helping students, colleges and Companies, to find their goals regarding, Placements and employ ability in reputed companies. Colleges Faces many Campus Problems to place the students. Overall 75% fresher’s fails, to qualify the screening test. There are no scientific methods, to judge the competence level of engineers. IT companies are not going forward to Tier-II cities.

How we help the students? We seek for the eligible students; provide them large no. of opportunities, like direct interviews in big and reputed companies- like IBM, Nvish, Tech Mahindra, IDS InfoTech, P&G and many more. We provide students much and more chances to; appear in interviews by guiding them to improve their particular skills, and telling them their deficiencies’.

We provide to companies, a pool of Qualified Engineers, Global Brand of Indian Engineers, by saving their time, cost and much efforts.
